This is a gold-ish/tan-ish color that falls between a shimmer and a frost. Below is a picture of a swatch of the product without any type of base or primer.
My recommendations to use this product are to first definitely use a base to keep it from creasing. This particular color is very light so use it as a base to grab onto a powder or mineral shadow or pigment. Use it in the inner corner of the eye or as a highlight color on the eyes or even the cheeks. Use it in the center of the lid over a darker shadow to add a bit of gold dimension or over your blush for the same reason.
