Apply mark. color cream for eyes in Cabana all over the lid with a flat eyeliner brush or any other brush that blends a cream shadow evenly.
With a flat eyeshadow brush apply the lightest shade from the E.L.F. Brightening Eye Color quad in Luxe from the crease up to the brow and also under the lower lash line.
With a smaller eyeshadow brush apply the red shade from the Luxe quad in the outer "V", in the crease, and blend it up just below the brow leaving space for the highlight color to show through.
With the same brush apply the brown shade from the Luxe quad along the top portion of the red shadow just to soften the color and blend out any harsh lines. Also, apply this color under the lower lash line from the outer corner of the eye just to the inner corner of the iris directly below the tear duct.
With a crease brush apply the charcoal color from the Luxe quad in the outer "V" and blend well.
Apply a brown eyeliner under the lower lashes.
Apply a black liquid liner to the upper lash line winging it out a bit at the outer corner.
Finish with a coat of black mascara.
